Registration

1. How do I register for the Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run?

Purchase a Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run Registration Kit from September 2nd to November 1st 2022 from Herbalife Nutrition Distribution Centre or sg.MyHerbalife.com. Each Registration Kit will include a flyer with a unique entry code for your registration.

To register, simply download the Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App from your App Store or Google Play Store and use your unique entry code to complete your account registration. A confirmation notification will be sent via Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App upon successful registration.

2. How can I purchase Virtual Run Registration Kit?

For Herbalife Nutrition Members, you may purchase a Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run Registration Kit from Herbalife Nutrition or contact your Herbalife Nutrition Member Services at +65 6416 8448 for more details.

For Non-Herbalife Nutrition Members, Get in touch with one of our Independent Herbalife Nutrition Member or contact Herbalife Nutrition Member Services at +65 6416 8448 in order to purchase the Registration Kits.

3. What happens if I lose the entry code flyer? Can I call in and ask for another flyer or do I have to purchase another Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run Registration Kit?

Unfortunately, the entry code is a unique code per Registration Kit and cannot be re-issued. If you lose the entry code flyer, you will need to purchase another Virtual Run Registration Kit from Herbalife Nutrition.

4. When is the registration period?

Registration is open from September 2nd 2022 at 9:00am SG time (GMT +8) and closes on November 20th 2022 at 10:00pm SG time (GMT +8). Please note that you can only register during this stipulated period.

5. Why must I create an account on Herbalife Virtual Run App when I register?

A unique account is set up for you in the system upon registration. The account is protected by a password that is unique to you to ensure that only you have access to your dashboard where you can submit your run activities and view your run progress.

6. If I don't remember my account password, how can I log in to my dashboard?

Select “Forgot Password” on the Sign-In page to reset your password. Enter your registered email to receive an email to reset your password.

7. Can I register for more than one category?

Yes, you will be able to register and enroll for 1 individual run category and 1 team run category at any one time if you have purchased more than one Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run Registration Kit and received your corresponding unique entry codes. Once the registered run category is completed, you may select “Join Another Challenge” in your My Run Dashboard and enter a new entry code.

You will be able to assign your run to the individual or team run category that you have registered upon submission on Herbalife Virtual Run App.

8. If I bought another Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run Registration Kit and want to register again for another category of the run, do I need use another email address?

You do not need to use another email address. Simply log in with your existing registered email address to your account on Herbalife Virtual Run App and select “Join Another Challenge” in our My Run Dashboard. This will allow you to register for another run category using the same account. Do note that you will be only able to register and enrol for 1 individual run category and 1 team run category at any one time.

9. As a team leader, how many team members can I have in my team for the team run?

Each team can consist of up to 10 members (Including the team leader). This means that the maximum team size is 1 team leader and 9 other team members.

10. How can my team members register for the team run category?

Once a team leader has successfully created a team on the Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App, the team leader must then share the team name with his/her respective team members. Team members would need to register using their own unique entry code and join the team by entering their team name accordingly. Team names are unique and cannot be changed.

11. Am I allowed to create/join a Team with members that are not of the same country as mine?

No, all members of the Team Run including the Team Leader must be in the same country.

12. Can I change my run category after registration completion?

No, the run categories are final upon successful registration and cannot be changed.

Submit Your Run

14. How can I submit my run/walk?

There are 3 options of submissions you can choose to submit your run/walk. You may choose either method to submit your run/walk and we strongly recommend you select Option 1 for a fuss-free experience. Please note that duplicated submissions for the same run/walk through different submission options will not be counted and will be removed from your final record. All run/walk results will be strictly verified by the company within 3-5 working days, and any false, inaccurate, and/or assisted activity result will be removed from your final record.

Option 1: Run/walk with Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App

Turn on the Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App and use the In-App Activity Tracker to record and submit your run directly. Simply click “Start Activity” to run/walk and end with the “Stop” button to finish your run/walk. Your submitted record will be reflected under My Run Dashboard in your profile page under the Activities tab and will be verified within 3-5 working days before final confirmation to count towards your total accumulative run/walk distance.

Option 2: Run/Walk with your Wearables

Pair your compatible GPS-enabled wearables to the Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App to seamlessly submit your runs. Start and end an activity using your wearable to record your run/walk. Your run/walk records will be synced to the Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App and will be reflected on your My Run Dashboard. Your submitted record will be reflected under My Run Dashboard in your profile page under Activities tab and will be verified within 3-5 working days before final confirmation to count towards your total accumulative run/walk distance.

Step 1: Open your Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App.

Step 2: Click “Link Wearables” under ‘Dashboard’ tab.

Step 3: Select your preferred GPS-enabled wearable tracker. For participants who have signed up for both Individual and Team Run, assign your wearable activities to your preferred run category using the dropdown selection.

Step 4: Follow the steps to link your preferred wearable. You may be asked to log in to your account. For example, Garmin users need to log in to their Garmin Connect account.

Step 5: Your wearable is now successfully linked to your Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App.

Step 6: Run/walk using your linked wearable. New activities will be automatically synced each time you open the Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App and will be verified within 3-5 working days for final confirmation to count towards your total accumulative run/walk distance.

Option 3: Run/Walk on the Treadmill

Submit your run/walk result from the treadmill by taking a photo of your treadmill dashboard indicating distance (km), duration of the run and average pace (time/km) together with a device showing a reference to the date. Upload the photo manually on My Run Dashboard on the Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run. Your submitted record will be reflected under My Run Dashboard in your profile page under the Activities tab and will be verified within 3-5 working days before final confirmation to count towards your total accumulative run/walk distance.

Step 1: Upon completion of your treadmill run/walk, take a photo of your treadmill dashboard indicating distance (km), duration of the run and average pace (time/km) together with a device showing a reference to the date.

Step 2: Open My Run Dashboard tab on your Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App.

Step 3: Click “Add Treadmill Activity” under ‘Dashboard’ tab.

Step 4: Enter your treadmill run/walk information and click “Submit” to continue.

Step 5: For participants who have signed up for both Individual and Team Run, assign your run/walk to your preferred run category.

Step 6: Upload the photo taken in Step 1. You may share your treadmill run/walk result by clicking “Share to Feed.

Step 7: Done! Your treadmill run/walk result has been recorded on your My Run Dashboard in your profile page under Activities tab and will be verified within 3-5 working days for final confirmation to count towards your total accumulative run/walk distance.

15. Can I upload my screenshot of the run/walk result or the result from my wearables via Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App as a manual submission?

No, the manual submission is strictly limited to only treadmill run/walk activities.

16. Is there a time limit for the run?

No, there is no time limit for your run. You may run or walk at your own pace in a reasonable duration and according to your fitness level or as advised by your doctor if required.

17. Is there a minimum distance for each run submission?

Yes, each run must be at least 200m to qualify for the run submission.

18. When can I start to submit my run results on Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App?

Run/walk submissions will only be opened from November 1st to 30th 2022 and the activities received before or after these dates will not be considered for the challenge.

19. Is there a limit to how many run/walk results I am allowed to submit?

No, there is no limit to how many run/walk results you can submit. You may take as many or as few submissions to complete the minimum distance that you have registered for as this is an accumulative run challenge.

20. Can I submit more run/walk results after I have completed my minimum distance?

Yes, you may continue to submit your run/walk results after completing the category you have selected. Only submissions during the challenge period of November 1st to 30th 2022 will be accounted for.

21. How can I track my run/walk record?

You may track your run/walk progress through your ‘View Profile’ at My Run Dashboard on your Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App. It will show your last running submission as well as your overall progress. You may also check your ranking on the Leaderboard page on your Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App which will be verified and updated within 3-5 working days.

22. How can I track other participants' run progress in my country?

You may search for another participant’s progress by searching on the ‘Leaderboard’ at My Run Dashboard on your Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App to see their progress. The leaderboard feature is based on the registered country, and other countries’ leaderboard will not be featured on your App.

23. Can I change my previously synced GPS-enabled wearable back to my Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App activity tracker for the submission of the run/walk? How can I change back to In-App activity tracker?

You do not need to unlink your previously synced GPS-enabled wearable in order to submit your run/walk. Instead of starting and ending the activity using your wearable, simply open the Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App and use the In-App Activity Tracker to record and submit your run directly by clicking “Start Activity” to run/walk and end with the “Stop” button to finish your run/walk.

You may still choose to unlink your previously synced GPS-enabled wearable by clicking on “Link Wearables” on the ‘My Run Dashboard’ on Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App and select the GPS-enabled wearable that is under ‘Linked Providers’. Click ‘Confirm’ at the Unlink pop-up to unlink your wearable. If there are no wearables under ‘Linked Providers’ that means your wearable is not synced with your Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App.

24. Can I change to another wearable during the submission period? How can I change it?

Yes, you may change to another compatible GPS-enabled wearable of your choice anytime during the submission period by following the steps below.

Step 1: Go to “Link Wearables” under ‘My Run Dashboard’ tab.

Step 2: Select your synced wearable under the ‘Linked Providers’ section.

Step 3: Click on “Confirm” in the prompt received to authorize the unlinking of your synced wearable.

Step 4: Your wearable is now un-synced. You may now pair another wearable listed above at Question 14 and follow the steps to sync with the wearable.

25. What time exactly does the submission of run records close on November 30th 2022?

Submissions will close at 10:00pm SG time (GMT +8).

Disqualified Runs

26. What are disqualified runs?

Any run records that are accounted for from public transportation or vehicles (train, bus, car, bicycle, motor bike etc.) and duplicated runs will not count towards the challenge. Only walking or running records will be accounted for. Herbalife Nutrition will verify your records submitted and will remove any abnormal/assisted results from your final record within 3-5 working days of your submission. You will be notified by the push notification from the Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App for any rejected results.

27. I received a disqualification notification for my run submission. Why is that so?

Any suspicious run records such as multiple irrational speeding attempts or overlapping activity will be automatically detected and disqualified by the system. Please ensure that you are not on any forms of transportation devices when recording your run or walk to complete the challenge.

Disqualified record submissions will be flagged on your dashboard and will not count towards your total accumulated run/walk distance for the challenge. We strongly encourage you to submit your run/walk record with proper pace and speed.

28. My activity that has already been reflected on My Run Dashboard is tagged as "Disqualified" after 3 days. Why is this so?

All run submissions through all 3 options will be recorded on your My Run Dashboard and will be subjected to verifications by the company within 3-5 working days. Any false, inaccurate, and/or assisted activity result will be disqualified and removed from your final run/walk record. We strongly encourage you to submit your run/walk record with proper pace and speed.

29. What should I do if I think that my run has been wrongfully disqualified?

You may run/walk at your proper pace and speed without assistance and resubmit. For appeals on disqualified run submission, please contact us here.

Technical Issues

30. Do I need to take my phone with me to record my run?

You will need to bring your phone with you for your run if you choose to use the Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run In-App activity tracker to record your run directly. You may turn the phone screen off but make sure that the settings of your phone allow location features and the App stay active while you close your phone.

If you are recording your run using a compatible GPS-enable wearable synced to the Herbalife Virtual Run App, please refer to the operating instructions from your wearable providers for more technical guidelines.

31. How do I post my run to the App Feed?

When you complete an activity, you will be prompted to share your activity to the feed. Add a caption, upload up to 5 photos from your run, and share to the feed so the rest of the participants can Like and Comment.

32. My App crashed /froze. What should I do?

First, try closing your app and restarting it. This should take you back to the map view, or back into your current activity. If the problem persists, please contact us here.

33. Can I record my run/walk with other tracking apps at the same time as the Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App?

Run/walk submissions for the 2022 Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run are only available through any of the three options as listed in Q14. We strongly recommend that you use only one tracking app for each of your run/walk activity during the challenge period to avoid any duplicated submissions for the Virtual Run which will be removed from your final records after verification by the company within 3-5 working days.

34. Can I sync the Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App with other running apps such as Strava, Nike Run Club, Adidas Running, Map My Run, Runkeeper etc for submission of my run/walk results?

Unfortunately, other running apps are not allowable to be used for 2022 Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run. You may record your run/walk directly using the Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run In-App Activity Tracker for a fuss-free experience, or submit your treadmill run/walk results manually on Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App. Alternatively you may check the list of supported wearables in Q14.

35. My run/walk record is missing and not captured in My Run Dashboard. What should I do?

Firstly, ensure that you had click on the “Start Activity” button if you are recording your run/walk using the In-App Activity Tracker directly. Restart the App to refresh the page so that all activities can be synced automatically. If the problem persists, please contact us here.

36. How do I know if my wearable is successfully synced to the App?

Select “Link Wearable” in the ‘My Run Dashboard’ tab, you will see your linked wearables under “Linked Providers” section. If “Linked Providers” portion is missing, it means that your wearable has not been synced successfully. Please follow the steps in Q14 under Option 2 to pair your wearable. 37. My location is not tracking in the app. What should I do?

Your phone location settings for the App must be turned on and set to “Always Allow”. Click the “Location Settings” button in the More Tab to ensure that the location setting for the App is turned on.

Finisher Rewards

38. When will I receive my Finisher Medal and e-Certificate of Completion?

Your e-Certificate of Completion will be sent to your registered email address for your download and the Finisher Medal will be delivered to you from Herbalife Nutrition by December 31st, 2022. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to the global pandemic situation and logistics limitations.

39. Will all team members receive an e-Certificate of Completion?

Yes, all team members will receive the e-Certificate of Completion for their team via their registered email address if they have submitted at least 1 run or walk activity.

40. What is indicated on the e-Certificate of Completion?

For the Individual Run, your name and the final achieved distance (km) will be indicated on the e-Certificate of Completion.

For the Team Run, the Team Name and the final achieved distance (km) from the Team will be indicated on the e-Certificate of Completion.

41. Will all team members receive their Finisher Medals and e-Certificates upon completion?

Only team members who have contributed at least 1 activity to their team’s total distance will be given a Finisher Medal and the e-Certificate. Any team member who does not contribute at least 1 activity to their team’s total distance will not be given a Finisher Medal and the e-Certificate.

42. If for whatever reason I am unable to complete my minimum distance, do I still get my Finisher Medal and the e-Certificate?

No, please note that only participants who have completed the required distance under their selected run category will receive their e-Certificate of Completion and Finisher Medal.

43. How can I receive more prizes other than the e-Certificate and Finisher Medal?

Individual achievers who achieve a milestone run/walk distance will unlock its corresponding exclusive collectibles, Asia Pacific countries’ virtual e-badges that they can download from the Virtual Run App and share on social media.

Plus, individual achievers who accumulated the following run distance will stand a chance to receive additional prizes, while stocks last (limited quantities only). These prizes will be distributed by Herbalife Nutrition by December 31st, 2022. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to the global pandemic situation and logistics limitations.

200km and above Individual achievers will have a chance to receive a Sports Armband.

300km and above Individual achievers will have a chance to receive a Sports Cap.

400km and above Individual achievers will have a chance to receive a Sports Backpack.

44. When and how can I receive my e-Badges? Will I receive a physical badge too?

You may unlock and collect the e-Badges under My Run Dashboard on your Herbalife Nutrition Run App when you have accumulated its corresponding run/walk distance. e-Badges are virtual badges that you can download and save on your personal devices from your Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run App when you have unlocked them. Please note that no physical badges will be issued. Kindly download your e-Badges by 30th November 2022.
